The creator of ISPLANKET / The ICE BILLBOARD is Bo Jägenstedt, I live in Jönköping, southern Sweden in a lakerich part of the country. I was taken in by tourskating in the 90-ties after having lived a couple of years in Australia. To endure the Swedish winter I had to find something I could look forward to with anticipation (beside the too long away spring) Now I´ve learned to love the winter as much as the summer (if possible) We´re a group of 10 - 20 in the neigbourhoods that use to go touring together in different constellations. In our part of the county of "Småland" there has been no club to join and there haven´t been many out there with us. Finding good ice have been tough, thats how the idea of The ICE BILLBOARD was born.
